Subculture Routine

Maintain cultures between 3-9 x 100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C. Cells grow as large irregular aggregates consisting of large cells. These cells are very difficult to count accurately.

Culture Medium

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
