Subculture Routine: Maintain cultures between 3x10⁵ - 2x10⁶ cells/ml; 5% CO2, 37°C
Culture Medium: RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 20% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Once a growing culture is established the FBS concentration can be reduced to 10%.
