Subculture Routine

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 37°C. Cells attach lightly to surface and should be tapped sharply or may need scraping to be detached. CO₂ is not required.

Culture Medium

L15 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Please note CO₂ is not required.
