We strongly advise all customers to seek advice from their country’s relevant import regulatory body for orders from outside of the UK.

LENTICULE Discs
To import LENTICULE® Discs into the USA an import permit from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is required. Customers wishing to purchase LENTICULE Discs should complete an Import Permit Application via the CDC’s Import Permit Program
Order via Culture Collections distributors
The Culture Collections has a number of distribution partners for selected products, offering customers the benefit of ordering in their own language and using local currency.
CITES (Convention on the International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora)
General information about CITES can be found on cites.org.
Customers wishing to order the ECACC cell lines which are subject to CITES regulations should check with their local Customs Office or Border Control Point to confirm whether they will need to apply for a CITES Import Certificate.
Please note: If an import permit is required, Culture Collections will need to include a copy of it with your shipment.
For customers in those countries party to the convention, please contact your in-country CITES Management Authority for assistance concerning an application for an Import certificate. More information on each country’s CITES Management Authority can be found in the National Authorities section of the CITES website.
