Subculture Routine

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C. Cells grow as large cell aggregates; resuscitate in 8ml media with flask standing up until cells start to proliferate well.

Culture Medium

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
