Cell Line Description

Established from a tumour induced in an 8 month old female 234 subline 212 of a DBA mouse. Orginally subcultured in DBA/2 mice it was adapted to suspension culture. The line has been extensively used in cytotoxicity assays. Develops massive tumours in nude mice after a latent period of 7-10 days
