Cell Line Description

This cell line has been shown to be resistant to 8-azaguanine. The cell line was recloned in the depositor's laboratory and is useful in transformation studies. This cell line was found to be indistinguishable from HeLa by STR PCR DNA profiling. Therefore, the cell line should be considered as derived from HeLa. Ethnicity: Black.
